Day 1 - Habit Loop

  • Identify a habit you'd like to transform.
  • Picture how the Habit Loop influences this behavior, and imagine the positive transformations you can unlock.

Day 2 - Dreams Can Come True

  • Take a moment to identify what you truly want to achieve using the SMART criteria.
  • Spend time envisioning yourself achieving each goal.
  • Break down your goals into actionable steps.

Day 3 - Gamify Your Goals

  • Use the template provided to craft your unique game of goals.
  • Add milestones and rewards to each square.
  • Print out the template and move your piece along the board as you accomplish milestones

Day 4 - Time Blocking

  • Start integrating time-blocking into your daily routine.
  • Begin by adding one time block in the morning, one before lunch, and one in the afternoon.

Day 5 - Design Your Diary

  • Take back 15-minute blocks of your time each week.
  • Identify where you can fit in these pockets of time
  • Your aim is to accumulate a minimum of 4 hours a week over the next 30 days.

Day 6 - Delegate & Declutter

  • Shift 3 items from your surroundings that no longer serve you.
  • Identify a task on your to-do list that has been lingering and give it to someone who is able to do it. 

Day 7 - Create More than You Consume

  • Reclaim your time and attention by committing to creating more than you consume
  • Set aside moments each day for creative pursuits
  • Make effort to incorporate a creativity task once a week

Day 8 - Decision Making

  • Write down the decision, allocate time to test these strategies
  • Share your findings with a friend or family member.
  • Express your thoughts out loud

Day 9 - Daily Development

  • Engage in your journey of wisdom development.
  • Reflect on the techniques shared and select one area to focus on.
  • Be open to new experiences or seek help when necessary.

Day 10 - Body Language

  • Put your newfound knowledge to the test.
  • Observe body language signals during your next Zoom meeting or in-person interaction. 

Day 11 - The Art of Active Listening

  • Take a proactive step toward becoming a more skilled active listener. 
  • Consciously identify the four types of active listening.

Day 12 - Storytelling

  • Your storytelling mission is to infuse storytelling into your daily routine.
  • Each day, share a story – it could be about a fun adventure, an embarrassing moment, or a quirky experience. 

Day 13 - Overcoming Money Blocks

  • Answer the of transformative journal prompts thoughtfully.
  • Gain insights and create a positive shift in your money mindset.

Day 14 - Self-Reflection

  • Take a moment to reflect on what truly matters to you. 
  • Challenge yourself to embrace what brings genuine fulfilment.
  • Consider downsizing and reducing liabilities. 

Day 15 - Know Your Numbers

  • Begin tracking your spending
  • Assess if there's a gap between your current income and your certainty number
  • Explore opportunities to increase your monthly income

Day 16 - Developing a Growth Mindset

  • Cultivate a daily affirmation practice to nurture your growth mindset.
  • Commit to repeating it daily for the next 30 days to fuel your journey of growth.

Day 17 - Mindfulness

  • Practise mindfulness exercises throughout your day
  • Set one minute before work for a mindfulness task
  • Integrate a three-minute breathing exercise during the day
  • Explore other mindfulness practices

Day 18 - Overcoming Procrastination

  • Shift your perspective on overwhelming tasks. Break them down into smaller steps.
  • Practice saying no to things that don't serve your journey.
  • Incorporate a reward system for completing tasks. 

Day 19 - Boost Your Emotional Intelligence

  • Reflect on any beliefs or barriers that held you back from your dreams. 
  • Embrace mindfulness exercises
  • Counteract negative self-talk with positive affirmations

Day 20 - Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

  • Discover how to overcome Imposter Syndrome
  • Embrace the challenge of documenting your feelings versus the facts
  • Reflect on your past achievements.

Day 21 - Your Superpowers

  • Reflect on the three types and identify which one resonates most
  • Consider how well you've been using these skills
  • Over the next 30 days, make a conscious effort to lean into your superpower

Day 22 - Eat, Sleep, Drink, Move & Repeat

  • Take a moment to reflect on your health habits.
  • Evaluate your approach to nutrition, movement, hydration, and sleep.
  • Identify areas where small adjustments can align with your wellness goals.

Day 23 - Move More

  • Embrace movement as a catalyst for your well-being.
  • Set yourself a goal to add an extra 30 minutes of movement to your day, spreading it across three intervals.

Day 24 - The Power of Relaxation

  • Reflect on which relationships fall into each category
  • Consider how each connection impacts your growth journey

Day 28 - Principles of Happiness

  • Take a moment to adapt or write your own set of principles for a happy life across the dimensions of your Mind, Body, and Soul.

Day 29 - Lifestyle By Design

  • Immerse yourself in a creative exercise of envisioning your ideal life.
  • Spend a dedicated 15-20 minutes visualising every aspect
  • Feel free to draw, create a flow chart, or jot down your thoughts

Day 30 - A.I. is Transforming

  • Reflect on your remarkable journey over the past 30 days.
  • Take a moment to appreciate the progress you've made
  • Celebrate your achievements and the growth you've nurtured
