She started her first agency at 21, was mortgage-free by 33, and has since built five businesses, two globally ranked podcasts and an international brand ecosystem.
Her first venture was a digital marketing agency, helping organisations master online marketing and social media to drive measurable growth. She went on to lead strategy and implementation for technology companies, building and managing high-performance teams across complex projects. In the early 2000s she was invited to become one of the youngest Fellows of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) for her contribution to advancing social media in business.
Across 25 years she has guided 30,000+ entrepreneurs to over £45 million in revenue, with a 100% success rate for those scaling beyond six figures. Her work blends neuroscience, wealth psychology and commercial strategy so founders scale beyond £100K months without burnout — turning revenue into assets and ambition into legacy. Her mission: grow the 1.8% of female founders who reach and exceed seven figures.
Her academic and professional background spans business, psychology, marketing and neuroscience. She completed Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications in 1996 and later became a lifetime Fellow (FCIM). In 2005 she founded Business Consort — Digital & Social Media Academy, a global CIM-accredited, Ofqual-regulated study centre, with students graduating at Westminster with the CIM Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing (Level 6).
Dawn holds advanced qualifications in NLP and holistic therapies, including IPHM and ACCPH Accredited Practitioner status and ABNLP certification. She is an Accredited Fellow Coach (AFC) and Accredited Fellow Mentor (AFM) with the IAPC&M, and a committed ICF member having completed ICF-accredited training. Each year she completes 120 hours of CPD with the CIM, staying at the forefront of marketing, leadership and growth strategy.
