How long does it take to build a Licensing Business-In-A-Box™?+

The core 90-Day Framework moves you through commercial architecture, IP structure, certification design, partner recruitment, operating infrastructure and launch. Full activation and scale typically continues over the following 6–12 months as your partner network grows.

What does it cost to participate?+

There are two pathways. Pathway 1 — Licensing Advisory & Templates: $5,997 for 12 months. You build your own licensing programme using our complete template library, frameworks and expert advisory. Pathway 2 — Done-For-You Business-In-A-Box™: $101,973 over 12 months ($16,000/month × 3 for the 90-day build, then $5,997/month × 9 for the scale phase). What certification requirements apply to my partners?+

Together we design your bespoke certification pathways, partner competencies, assessment frameworks, quality standards and re-certification structure. You retain full control over who is certified, how they're trained and the standards they must meet to represent your brand.

How does revenue-share work?+

Revenue models are bespoke. Typical structures combine initial licence fees, certification fees, annual renewals, monthly partner support, and revenue-share or royalty agreements on partner-generated income. We design a pricing and revenue framework aligned to your market, margins and growth goals.

Do I retain ownership of my intellectual property?+

Yes. You retain full ownership of your IP, methodology and brand. Licensing simply grants certified partners the right to deliver, sell or represent it under your protected commercial framework — strengthening, not diluting, your IP position.

Is this the same as franchising or legal consultancy?+
