Payment is required in full or according to the agreed instalment schedule before programme access is granted. Refund policies, where applicable, are specified at the point of purchase. Custom advisory and mentorship agreements are governed by their individual contracts.

Clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary frameworks, session content and the identities of other participants within private masterminds and retreats.

Dawn McGruer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of services or materials provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
