Unlike a conference or a holiday, the DREAMLIFE™ Strategise & Energise retreat pairs daily strategy sessions and personal time with Dawn McGruer with luxury villa accommodation, gourmet food, yoga, breathwork and curated experiences — so you leave with a plan and the energy to execute it.
Where and when are the 2026 and 2027 retreats held?
The next DREAMLIFE™ retreat runs in Mykonos, Greece from 7–11 September, with further 2026 and 2027 dates and destinations released to the waitlist first. Full details for each retreat are set out in the 2026 and 2027 retreat brochures.
How much does the retreat cost and what is included?
The retreat investment is $4,444 and includes 5 days / 4 nights of luxury villa accommodation, all strategy sessions and workshops, 1:1 strategy time with Dawn, DREAMLIFE™ visioning, yoga and breathwork, gourmet meals and refreshments, the sunset boat day and founder dinners. Flights and airport transfers are booked separately.
Who attends the retreat?
Attendees are established, ambitious founders — most already running six or seven-figure businesses across coaching, consulting, health, beauty, professional services, e-commerce and creative industries. The group is intentionally small and curated so the room is peer-level and every founder gets personal attention.
How many founders are on each retreat?
Numbers are deliberately kept intimate so every founder receives personal strategy time with Dawn and real depth of conversation with the group, rather than a large audience experience.
Is the retreat business-focused or wellness-focused?
Both, by design. Mornings are strategic — revenue models, offers, pricing, scaling and 90-day planning. Afternoons and evenings restore capacity through movement, breathwork, sea, food and connection. The combination is what makes decisions made on retreat stick when you get home.
Do I need to come with a specific business problem?
No, though most founders arrive with one. Some come for a scaling decision, a new revenue model or a pricing reset; others come because they are successful but stretched and need space to think. The pre-retreat questionnaire shapes your sessions either way.
Can I bring a partner or travel companion?
The retreat itself is for the founder attending. Travel companions and extended stays can often be arranged around the retreat dates — mention it on your application and the team will advise on options.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?
Places are secured with a deposit and the balance is paid in instalments before the retreat date. Payment plans are available on request. Cancellation and transfer terms are confirmed in writing at the point of booking — travel insurance is strongly recommended.
